Refund Policy
At KentuckyOnlineDivorce, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality online divorce services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, ensuring transparency and fairness. Please review it carefully to understand our refund process.
Our Refund Policy:
KentuckyOnlineDivorce will issue refunds for our fees, other than the account activation fee, within the first 30 days of purchase if the customer meets the following conditions. Customers are eligible for a refund if they have not submitted their answers to generate paperwork or started the filing service process. We cannot grant a refund in cases where a customer has accessed forms or filing instructions.
Subscription charges are non-refundable. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not entitle customers to a refund for charges already incurred.
Third-party services purchased through KentuckyOnlineDivorce, including parenting classes, name change services, co-parenting applications, and other divorce-related services, are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Sessions with our independent attorney network are refundable within 90 days of purchase.
Requesting a refund:
Refund requests can be initiated through a customer’s account profile or by contacting customer support. Please allow 5-7 days for funds to be returned. If a purchase was made using our financing partner, Affirm, refunds will be initiated by KentuckyOnlineDivorce and funds will be returned by Affirm according to their terms.
Refund exclusions:
Refunds cannot be issued for personal changes, complications, or reconciliation if above criteria are not met. We cannot guarantee that a customer's spouse will sign the documents and cannot provide a refund if the spouse refuses.
We are unable to refund fees paid on behalf of third parties that cannot be recovered. For example, if electronic filing has been completed and court fees have been paid, those fees are non-refundable as courts do not issue refunds to KentuckyOnlineDivorce.
